We had a wonderful visit with my sister in-law and her family this weekend. We had the chance to play with our adorable niece. Her love is with penguins’ so, we played penguins’ all weekend long.
We had a lot of rain and it was chilly most of the weekend but late Sunday afternoon, the sun finally appeared and we were outside enjoying bubbles!
C was not able to join us because he came down with a nasty case of strep throat. Oh well, he will join our niece for a nice trip to Brenham on Tuesday. (hopefully)
After all that playing, G woke up this morning with a case of pink eye so he is at home with Dadda. No doubt playing and resting and enjoying the first half of Spring Break.
No matter, we are off to my hometown to enjoy the last half of Spring Break with Grandma and Grandpa.I am working extra hard to finish all my college assignments before we leave..whew

UPDATE::::::::::::
The last portion of spring break was spent at my parents home. We had a great time. G slept the entire way there and back. We went to the Children's Museum and the Zoo. We had a lovely lunch in our downtown area. We visited with Great Grandma who will be 80 on Good Friday this year. Here are some pictures .
